Mineral-oil kitchen pieces ship within 10 business days. Pure tung-oil pieces need a longer cure and ship within 25 business days. Other made-to-order products show their handling time on the product page and eBay listing.
Tracking is provided through eBay after the carrier receives the package.
The product page states whether you are buying one item, a pair, a set, a sample, or a flat-pack kit. Countertops, appliances, installation, surrounding cabinetry, and decorative hardware are not included unless the listing says they are.
For cabinet fronts, inserts, panels, and drawer pieces, measure the opening or finished part exactly as requested. Production begins only after the measurements and included parts are confirmed.
Standard, unused items follow the return policy shown at eBay checkout. Personalized and made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind once production begins. Damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described orders remain covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Species, dimensions, construction, and design follow the listing. Grain, figure, mineral streaks, and color vary naturally. Product images show the intended design and proportions, not the exact board that will be cut for your order.
Hand wash, dry promptly, and never soak or place a wood item in the dishwasher. Refresh mineral-oil surfaces with food-grade board oil when dry. Let tung-oil surfaces cure fully and follow the included care card.
